| A - Plan |
A commitment by our partner partner to
assign an SCS manager within his business. This person will become knowledgeable about COREFLEX
and related sales issues. He will handle the everyday situations that may arise within his
company pertaining to the SCS relationship. This person will be considered first tier
support and will field all questions from his sales force. A qualified company must
have a minimum of 5 sales personnel. SCS can serve as a sub-contractor under certain
conditions. A contract explaining the responsibilities of both sides will be executed to
ensure mutual understanding of both companies. Contact SCS for this contract - Terms

| B - Plan |
This plan has the same qualifications as Plan A
except that the requirement for an SCS manager is waived. The Paid schedule is amended to
reflect the added resources required of SCS. A contract explaining the
responsibilities of both sides will be executed to ensure mutual understanding of both

| C - Plan |
For casual partners, consultants, etc,
that want to work with SCS on an informal basis. No prearranged conditions exist. SCS will
handle all functions of account management. Suggested Paid percentages will be applied on
a per deal basis. |
| D - Plan |
The same conditions as Plan A except
that there are no minimum sales personnel requirements. A $250 yearly
membership fee with the benefits of leads, commissions, training,
support, 25% discount on software and hardware.
