these functions are provided in the report menu. These include receiving, put-away,
picking and movement. |
 | Receiving form is provided to facilitate the
receiving of products from a purchase order. A barcode label is printed to facilitate data
entry into QuickBooks and one to attach to the product.
All fields have heading for collecting PO number, operator id, date, time, item number,
description, quantity, condition, with an area for notes. |

| Put-away form is used to move products from
receiving area to storage. All fields have headers to collect operator id, date, time,
to-location, and quantity. |

| Picking form is used to pick orders, verification
at the packing station and for shipping. All fields have headings for collecting operator
id, date, time and an area for notes. The form is pre-printed with the order number
and items listed in walking sequence and the quantity to be picked. |

| Movement form is used to report the movement of
products from one location to another. Replenishment procedure uses this form. Field
headings include operator id, date, time, from-location, to-location, item number, and
quantity. |
